By using the EduMoodUp platform, you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Service Description

EduMoodUp is an emoji-based sentiment analysis and AI-powered reporting platform for educational institutions. The platform has been developed to measure student satisfaction, improve education quality, and track institutional performance.

2. User Responsibilities

• Keeping your account information secure and preventing unauthorized access
• Using data collected through the platform in compliance with KVKK and relevant legislation
• Not misusing the service or using it for illegal purposes
• Protecting student and staff data
• Being responsible for the accuracy of content created on the platform

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The EduMoodUp platform, software code, design, logo, content, and all materials belong to EduMoodUp and are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

4. Usage Conditions

• The platform should only be used for educational purposes
• Actions that may compromise system security are prohibited
• Automatic data collection tools (bots, scrapers) may not be used
• Behaviors that prevent other users from benefiting from the platform are prohibited

5. Pricing and Payment

EduMoodUp services are priced according to your institution's active student count and usage intensity. Payment terms are determined when the contract is signed. Payment must be made at the end of the billing period.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Liability Limitations

EduMoodUp does not guarantee that the platform will work uninterruptedly and without errors. No liability is accepted for service interruptions that may occur due to technical failures, maintenance work, or force majeure. EduMoodUp is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users through the platform.

9. Service Termination

EduMoodUp may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate the terms of use without warning. Users may also terminate the service in accordance with the contract terms.

10. Changes to Terms

EduMoodUp reserves the right to change the terms of use when necessary. Important changes will be notified to users via email. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you accept the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise from the contract.
